6 long spring onions or 2 leeks, 1 to 2 cans of tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, 2 big green sweet peppers, 1 small cabbage, yellow beets, celery, parsley, 2 packets of onion soup (Maggi). Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley and chilli. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Place in a pot with water and let it boil for 10 minutes. Simmer on medium heat.
