It is important to change the diet in general for a longer period of time and to increase energy consumption by doing more physical activity.

If you want to lose weight healthily, then it is very important to plan it well. It certainly will not work if a “7 days 7 kilos miracle diet” is picked out of the next best women’s magazine.
