Supersets
Supersets are a combination of 2 exercises which have no break in between them. The break is only after the 2 exercises.
Antagonistic Supersets:
During the second exercise the antagonistic muscle is exercised. Example: Biceps / Triceps
Synergistic Supersets:
During the second exercise the same muscle is exercised. Example: Dumbbell Curl / Biceps Curl.
